OUR CEO AT YOUTH CONFERENCE IN CANADA: SMALL DREAMS CAN GROW BIG!

In the week of May 3rd, the CEO of Macklemore Solutions Mr. Micah Elechi attended a youth conference in Canada to mentor youths about business and entrepreneurship. The CEO who was a speaker at the event spoke on entrepreneurship and its challenges, believing in oneself, achievable dreams and being passionate about business as young people.

Dreams are not scarce neither is the power to dream absent, everyone has the power to dream. The desire to see dreams come alive, especially small dreams growing into big dreams is a common phenomenon for many people but nurturing those dreams often becomes the challenge of many entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts.

This jinx must be broken but breaking it requires guidance, mentorship, and motivation especially when it involves youths hence the need for the branded conference.

Mr. Micah spoke about the power of dreams and the need to crash big dreams into smaller dreams to make them doable instead of just dreaming. In his words “small dreams grow into big dreams”. He advised the participants to appreciate the power of little beginning even in their business dreams.

He also counseled the participants to appreciate the power of self-belief, he opined that youths should believe in themselves, talents and their gift for self-reliance.

The program was an educative and inspiring session with pitch competition, networking dinner and business headshots.
